Information we collect
Information you give us: when you contact us or book a session, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, email address if you supply one, and anything you tell us about what you’re hoping to get from a session.
Booking: online booking and payment are handled by Square Appointments. Information you enter there is governed by Square’s own privacy policy; we see the booking details needed to hold your appointment.
Usage information: like most websites, we may use analytics tools that collect standard technical information — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location — to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and hold your session, send any follow-up we’ve agreed to (virtual sessions include a brief follow-up email), and communicate with you about your appointments by phone, text message, or email. To operate and improve this website.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and bookings (such as Square), or when required by law.
Health information
Reiki and sound healing are complementary practices, not medical care. Anything you choose to tell us about your health or wellbeing is used only to tailor your session and is kept in confidence. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, medical records.
Text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and tell us texting is OK, we may text you about your appointment. Messaging terms are described in our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Data retention & security
We keep booking and contact records only as long as reasonably needed for business, tax, and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your contact information at any time using the details below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
